How long does delivery take?
We ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on your country. You'll receive your tracking number by email.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free worldwide on all orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (availability depends on your country). Checkout is powered by Shopify: fully encrypted, and we never store your card details.
Do I get a receipt?
Always. Your order confirmation is sent by email right after purchase.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes. On top of your legal rights (including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU), every Soneca product comes with a 30-night guarantee: if you don't sleep better, we refund 100%.

Is mouth tape safe?
It's hypoallergenic, has a central vent and comes off easily. If you have diagnosed sleep apnea or any breathing condition, talk to your doctor before using it.
What's the difference between mouth tape and nasal strips?
Mouth tape keeps your mouth closed so you breathe through your nose. Nasal strips open your nostrils so air flows better. Together, they make the Anti-Snoring Kit.
Does the 3D mask press on my eyes?
No. The 3D shape creates space in front of your eyes: you blink freely, with no pressure, and no light gets in from the sides.
Are the products good quality?
Every product is curated and tested by us before it goes into the store. If anything arrives defective, we replace it at no cost.
