30-Night Guarantee

You have 30 nights to try any Soneca product at home. If you don't notice a difference in your sleep, we refund 100% of the price. No difficult questions, no hassle.

How it works

1. Use it for up to 30 nights. The count starts the day your order is delivered. Products for continuous use, like tapes, need a few days of adjustment, which is why we give you a whole month.

2. Not happy? Talk to us. Email contact@usesoneca.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1 business day.

3. Full refund. We refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5 business days after confirmation.

Simple rules

The guarantee covers one unit of each product per customer. For kits, it covers the whole kit. Products with manufacturing defects are replaced at no cost. In addition, customers in the EU always have the 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from delivery.

We can only offer this because we believe in our products. Most people forget the guarantee even exists: they just start sleeping better.
