Refund policy
At Soneca, we want you to sleep better. That's why every order comes with two layers of protection: the 30-night guarantee and the legal 14-day right of withdrawal.
30-night guarantee
- Use your Soneca product for up to 30 nights, counted from the day your order is delivered.
- If you don't notice a difference in your sleep, email contact@usesoneca.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1 business day.
- We refund 100% of the product price to the original payment method within 5 business days after confirmation.
- The guarantee covers one unit of each product per customer. For kits, it covers the whole kit.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK customers)
- In line with EU consumer protection rules, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email to contact@usesoneca.com with your order number.
- For hygiene reasons, sealed products that come into contact with the skin (such as mouth tape) can only be returned under the right of withdrawal if the packaging is unopened. Opened products are covered by our 30-night guarantee instead.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.
Damaged or defective products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Shipping Protection
- Shipping Protection is a service and is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It covers loss, theft and damage in transit: if anything happens on the way, we reship your order at no cost.
