Orders
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, we refund it in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely at checkout. We never store your full card details.
Shipping, returns and guarantee
- Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
- Returns, the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 30-night guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy.
Product use
- Soneca products are wellness products and are not medical devices. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- Mouth tape is not recommended for people under 18, people with severe nasal congestion, diagnosed sleep apnea without medical supervision, or difficulty breathing through the nose. If in doubt, ask your doctor.
- Results described on the website are reported by customers and may vary.
Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
