Shipping policy

Every Soneca order ships free, worldwide, with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on your country. In rare cases (customs, holidays, carrier delays) it may take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping address

The shipping address is entered by the customer at checkout and is the customer's responsibility. Please check your postcode, street, number and apartment details carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@usesoneca.com. Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched.

Undelivered or uncollected parcels

If the address is incorrect or incomplete, or the parcel is not collected from the carrier's pickup point within the holding period, it may be returned to sender. In these cases we can reship the order upon payment of a new shipping fee. Shipping Protection covers loss, theft and damage caused in transit, but not an incorrectly entered address or an uncollected parcel.
